Louise is an APPI Pilates instructor with a passion for making clients feel comfortable and welcome in all her classes, whether they’ve done pilates for years or if they’re trying it for the first time. She has a light-hearted and down-to-earth style and an excellent playlist. 

As a busy working mum, she understands how hard it can be to fit exercise in and how important it is to find those times in the week just for you. Louise will help you engage and strengthen your body while allowing your mind a mini break.
